     Mr Clarke was a very busy man. He always forgot his family's birthdays. Yesterday afternoon he
remembered it was his wife's birthday. He loved his wife. He wanted to give a present to her. On his

     When Mr Clarke got home, he gave the present to his wife and said, "Happy birthday to you,  dear!

     Mrs Clarke said laughing, "My birthday was the day before yesterday. But thank you all the same.
