教學反思：英語教學要以學生為本，因人施教，適時調(diào)整教學目標。任教的班級不同，學生的學習特點與能力存在差異。比如，一個學生比較遵守紀律，學習方法比較靈活的班級，教師按教學目標上課，學生學習起來會較順利?？墒且蝗論Q上一個學生特別活躍，反應(yīng)很快，但紀律難于控制的班級，教師就要以紀律競賽的形式先調(diào)控好學生的情緒。若學生腦瓜特別靈，接受能力特別強，可在課本知識基礎(chǔ)上學習一些相關(guān)的課外知識，盡量滿足學生強烈的求知欲。

教學反思：動畫時間的故事學習不能停留在會讀理解上，而應(yīng)更注重學生模仿和聽力習慣培養(yǎng)，逐漸培養(yǎng)學生邊聽邊做標記的好習慣，同時在自己朗讀時要有意識地看著標記去讀，讀得純正標準。

教學反思：在學生做完每個練習后，教師都要做出相應(yīng)的評價，多鼓勵少批評，這樣后進生才敢開口大聲說英語。
