Step 1. Warm up & Lead in

1. Enjoy the picturesPPT播放有關(guān)學(xué)校場(chǎng)所的圖片)
T: Boys and girls, what are the pictures about?
Ss: School.
Ss: Yes, these pictures are all about school.
2. Sing a song about school.

通過(guò)觀(guān)看學(xué)校場(chǎng)所的圖片,讓學(xué)生提前感知今天的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,以及復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)過(guò)的學(xué)校場(chǎng)所類(lèi)單詞。


3. Guessing game
There are many places in the school. What are they? Let’s guess.
T: There are some desks and chairs in it. We can have lessons in it. Where is it?
S: Classroom.
T: You are right. Are there any classrooms in our school?
S: Yes, there are.


通過(guò)猜的過(guò)程,非常真實(shí)的引出詞匯,從而進(jìn)行詞匯教學(xué)。讓學(xué)生初步感知句型,與學(xué)生互動(dòng)。











Step 2. Learn the new words and sentences

1. Learn the new words
Guessing game的游戲,同法教授新詞:art room, library, playground, computer room, music room
2. Read the new words

游戲中結(jié)合there be句型的一般疑問(wèn)句形式,通過(guò)教師的問(wèn)題引導(dǎo),讓學(xué)生關(guān)注本課的重點(diǎn)句型。

3. 新授句型:Is/Are there … ?
             Yes, there is/are.
             No, there is/are not.
教師PPT出示本校學(xué)校平面示意圖,結(jié)合新授單詞,對(duì)學(xué)校場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行問(wèn)答。
T: Is there a library?
S: Yes, there is.
T: Are there any table tennis rooms?
S: No, there aren’t.
Ask and answer in pairs.
4. 教授序數(shù)詞:first,  second, third及句型It’s/They’re on the … floor.
(引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)教師進(jìn)行提問(wèn))
SIs there a computer room?
T: Yes, there are two computer rooms. They’re on the third floor.
教授新詞:first, second,third
5. 揭示課題
T: Boys and girls, today, a new student joins us.
PPT出示Nancy人物形象,She’ s new here. She’s a new student.
Unit2 A new student揭示課題,帶讀。
T: Can you show her around?
教師示范:There is a library. It’s on the third floor.
          There are two computer rooms. They’re on the second floor.
小組利用學(xué)校平面示意圖向Nancy介紹自己學(xué)校場(chǎng)所具體位置。

通過(guò)對(duì)話(huà)練習(xí),使學(xué)生能在相對(duì)真實(shí)的情境中使用本課所學(xué)的詞匯和功能句型。

1.Listen and answer
  T: Boys and girls, you did a good job. But can Yang Ling show around her school to Nancy?
  播放Picture 1課文錄音。
  Ss: Yes, she can.
2. T: If you’re Nancy, can you ask some questions about new school? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生利用新授句型,進(jìn)行提問(wèn)。

  S: Are there any …?
3. Watch and circle
  T: What’s in Yang Ling’s school? Let’s watch the cartoon and circle the place.
4. Read and match
  T: Which floor? How many? Let’s read and match.
  學(xué)生自讀課文,將學(xué)校場(chǎng)所樓層連線(xiàn),并在文中找出場(chǎng)所的數(shù)量。
