Posting or sending hurtful texts, emails, images or videos. Making online threats(威脅). Acting like someone who you really don't even know. Creating small groups, not allowing others to join in. Spreading rumors or saying bad words about others.

People might start to feel nervous and unsafe about what people say to them. They may feel isolated (被孤立的) from the people they love and trust. Sometimes, cyberbullying will lead to self-harm when people feel they can't get away.

You can also use block sender technology(屏蔽技術(shù)) to prevent the bad ones from finding you again. It might be useful to save some evidence(證據(jù)). The police can be of some help. Telling trustworthy adults or your school will be a good choice. Remember there is always someone like them willing to help you. (5)
