For breakfast, I usually have milk, bread and an egg. For lunch, I eat rice, fish and vegetables at
school. In the evening, my mom cooks noodles or dumplings for dinner. I think I have a healthy
diet because I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables every day. I like doing sports. I often play basketball
with my friends after school, about three times a week. On weekends, I sometimes go swimming
with my father. I think I get enough exercise. I usually sleep for about eight hours every night. I go
to bed at 9:30 and get up at 6:00 in the morning. So I always feel energetic at school. I plan to
change one thing in my lifestyle. I will try to eat less sweet food, like chocolates and candies, because too much sugar is not good for my teeth. This is my lifestyle. I hope it can help you know me better.
