I have some unhealthy habits in my diet, exercise, and sleep. In terms of diet, I often eat too much
junk food and not enough fruits and vegetables. To solve this problem, I plan to reduce my intake
of junk food and increase my consumption of fruits and vegetables. Regarding exercise, I seldom
do any physical activity, which makes me unfit. I intend to start exercising regularly, such as
jogging or playing basketball, to improve my physical fitness. As for sleep, I often stay up late and don't get enough rest. I will adjust my sleep schedule to ensure I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. By making these changes, I hope to improve my overall health and well-being.
