The person I admire most
Good afternoon, everyone. I am happy to give a speech here. My topic is "The person I admire most".
There are quite a few people that I admire greatly, but the one that comes first on my list is Yuan Longping, Father of Hybrid Rice. He has spent all his life on the research and development of better rice plants. He has solved the problem of hunger for many people. I admire him most not only because he is one of the greatest scientists in China but also because he sticks to his dream and devotes himself to his career. In spite of his achievements, he still continues to work hard. I want to be a great scientist like Yuan Longping in the future to do something for our society!
