First of all, a healthy diet is very important, so I eat food like rice, eggs, fish and vegetables every day. I also eat more fruit and drink enough water. Snacks and fast food are bad for our health. My parents always tell me to eat less of them.
Also, I take enough exercise every week. It keeps me away from getting sick and helps me study well. I often do morning exercises. I also do many kinds of exercise. I usually walk, run, jump or play football after school. It makes me relaxed.
