For me, I often watch TV programmes to get some useful knowledge. For example, the documentary Tiger Watch is my favourite programme because I can take a close look at the life of tigers and know more about the natural world.
I also like watching art shows to relax myself. I don't think watching drama series is a good habit. If you spend about two hours with TV every evening, you won't have enough time for your homework. Also, watching too much TV does harm to your eyes.
How can we form good TV viewing habits? Firstly, we should choose proper TV programmes. Secondly, we should manage time properly.
