The survey shows that 56% of them
say they don't have time to have breakfast. 26% say that they
have no appetite and 18% say that they are afraid of getting fat.
In fact, having no breakfast is bad for students' health.
It's very important for us to keep healthy. Here is some advice
First, it's important to eat enough fruit and vegetables,
but don't eat food with much fat. Doing exercise is certainly
a good way to make you healthy. After a day's work, you
need to sleep for at least eight hours every night. And you'd
better not get too tired when you study. And remember smoking
is very bad for your health, so never smoke.
