Here is one way to make dumplings.
First, mix flour(面粉) and water. Making dumplings usually needs more water than making noodles to make sure the dough(面團) is soft enough.
Next, make dumpling filling. We need to cut up the meat and vegetables and mix them all together. Then add some salt, soy sauce and cooking oil to the mixture.
Then, roll out the dumpling wrappers and make dumplings.
Finally, put the dumplings into boiling water and cook them for several minutes.
When they are OK, get out the dumplings and put them on the plates. You can enjoy them!
