As for me, I enjoy exercising or doing sports. I think the best way to relax is through exercise. It is healthy for the mind and the body. Exercise such as playing sports is fun, and we can spend time with our friends and family as we play together. Besides, we can become healthy and strong and get good grades in the P.E. exam. So start exercising before it's too late.
