To be a civilized citizen
Our school organized an educational activity called "To be a civilized citizen" at the
beginning of the year. All the students took part in this activity and they have improved a
lot in many ways.
It's really nice to see the students being polite now. They know it's important to respect
the old and care for the young. They also realize they should have good manners and be
honest. As a result, they are always friendly to others. Moreover, they are willing to help
people any time. When they are on the bus, they always give their seats to people in need.
They are always patient enough to listen to others about the joy and worries.
Now the students don't just care about themselves. They tell others it's very necessary to
follow the traffic rules. They also protect the environment. They spend their spare time on the
charity activities. They often raise money to help the poor students in our school.
I'm glad to find the students have learnt a lot from this activity. I will learn from them
and try to be a civilized citizen as well.
